Guest Blog: The Creative Corner by Ivy Dene
I recently had the pleasure of being interviewed and featured on The Creative Corner blog as a guest artist. It was super fun to recount my journey to here an now and how it all began for me. I discuss the mindset and methods I use to create and how to get out of creative ruts as well as where this artistic side of me blossomed and grew from.

Q: What’s inspiring you the most right now?
A: I’m focused on improving my lettering and illustration skills so I’m playing with letter styles and
words more than ever before. I love coming across vintage signage, neon lettering and
marketing ads from mid-century, when most of the work was done by hand.
I appreciate Alana for choosing me to be featured! It’s amazing to be a part of a creative community of artists supporting artists! That’s another reason I’m so happy to be taking the journey I am right now to pursue a life of creativity!
